The Brazos River Authority adopted a resolution on 29 October 2007 to modify the Residential Ground Lease form established at the 30 July 2007 board meeting by adding additional changes and clarifications requested by the board at the 30 July 2007 meeting.

Brief summary of the 29 October resolutions follows:

Added words at end of  Article 1, Section 1.2 Extension as follows:
 "Lessee shall have no right to renew or extend this Lease other than the one-time Extension  provided for in this section."

Added words at end of Article IX, Section 9.1 Lease Assignment as follows:
"Upon assignment of this Lease, Lessee shall provide Lessor with copies on any surveys of the Leased Premises prepared in connection with such assignment."

Article XVIII, Section 18.7 Merger was reformatted to unify the section.  The total text remained the same. There was no change in the wording.
